1. Agreement to Terms

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods.

You agree not to use the Service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances

Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
Any content obtained from the Service
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HomeScore and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
